PROpulseFSM Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS platform. We comply with relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, company details, and credentials.
• User Data: Information you input into the service (contacts, jobs, invoices, photos).
• Payment Data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs for security and optimization.

3. GDPR Compliance & Data Processing

For the purposes of the GDPR, our customers (the contractors) are the Data Controllers of their customer data, and PROpulseFSM is the Data Processor.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your subscription is active. As per our Terms of Service, upon termination of service, we will purge all account data and User Data after 30 days. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before the end of this period.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with third-party sub-processors only when necessary to provide the service:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Hosting Provider: Data storage and hosting.
• Postmark / SMTP: Transactional email delivery.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields at rest, and multi-tenant isolation at the database level to ensure your data is never accessible by other users.
